Withdrawing Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet you used to deposit — this is how we keep the account flow consistent and reduce mismatch errors. Head to the cashier, pick the withdrawal tab, and choose your linked DANA, OVO, or GoPay account. We ask you to confirm the registered wallet number before processing begins. If your account has completed identity verification, the
withdrawal moves to the processing queue without extra friction. The payout timeline depends on the wallet provider's clearing cycle, which we do not control, but we release from our side as soon as verification passes.
- Open the withdrawal tab — From the cashier, switch to the withdrawal section and check your available balance before entering an amount.
- Select your payout wallet — Pick DANA, OVO, or GoPay — the wallet must match the one registered on your verified account.
- Confirm wallet number and amount — Enter the amount, double-check the destination wallet number shown, then submit the withdrawal request.
- Verification and release — Our team checks the request against your account verification status and releases the funds to the wallet queue.
